FAQ – Online Game Sheets

Online Game Sheets Module is working.

Mozilla Firefox (Internet Browser) is required in order to complete the following items in the Online Game Sheets Module:

1) Modifying your team roster (Adding/Deleting of players)

2) Generating of a Game Sheet

3) Confirming Game Results

TROUBLE SHOOTING:

1) Adding/Deleting of players to team roster

· From “Coach Activities” Tab select Maintain Team Roster

· Information regarding your team will appear along with team officials and list of players currently attached to your team in the system.

· To Add a player – click on “Add Player” button

· A window will appear and you will be required to enter first name, last name, OSA number, and shirt number. Then you hit the submit button and the player will be added.

· To Delete a player – Click on the specific players name and then click on the “Delete Player” button which is a box with RED X on it.

· A window will appear and you will be required click on “delete button” to confirm

When attempting to Add/Delete players and the window that is suppose to appear is not coming up please adjust the following settings: In most cases only one of these changes are necessary and depends on the computer you are working on.

· Pop-Up Blockers need to be turned off or exceptions can be made in settings to allow pop-ups for only the SRSL website. In Mozilla Firefox: Go to Tools and select Options, then select Content: From here you have 2 Options~ un-check Block pop-up windows or click on tab that says exceptions and add SRSL website in order to allow pop-ups. www.southregionsoccer.ca

· Screen Resolution - From Desktop - Right click with your mouse and then select Properties, then select Settings.~ Change Screen Resolution to Max and click apply.

· When you are in the appropriate screen and it has dimmed, try holding the control button and the subtraction button at the same time (do this several times) , this will make your screen smaller at this time look for a little box that you were not able to see when the screen was there before, if you see that little box drag it up to the middle of your screen and then hit control plus ( this will bring your computer back to normal size )  Then add your players information ( last name, first name, osa number, and jersey number )
